DIGITAL PRODUCTS (Instant Downloads)
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable files are final and non-refundable. Once you complete your purchase, you receive immediate access to download your files, and we cannot retrieve or "return" digital content.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for digital downloads under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Accidental purchase
  • Printing errors on your end
  • Color variations between screen and print
  • Incorrect file selection

Before purchasing digital products, please:

  1. Carefully review product descriptions, dimensions, and file specifications
  2. Ensure the design matches your preferences
  3. Verify file format compatibility with your printing method
  4. Check the size dimensions suit your needs

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (Printed Posters - Framed & Unframed)
We partner with companies to produce and ship high-quality physical posters. We stand behind the quality of our physical products and offer refunds or replacements in specific circumstances.

Eligible for Refund or Replacement:

  • Item arrives damaged, defective, or in poor condition
  • Incorrect item shipped
  • Manufacturing defects (printing errors, color issues, quality problems)
  • Lost or significantly delayed shipments

Timeframe:
You must report any issues within 7 days of delivery.

  1. Your order number
  2. Clear photographs showing the damage or defect
  3. Description of the issue

Resolution Options:

  • Replacement: We will send you a brand new identical poster at no additional cost
  • Refund: Full refund to your original payment method (if replacement is not preferred)

NOT Eligible for Refund or Replacement:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Color variations due to different monitor settings or lighting conditions
  • Minor imperfections that do not affect the overall quality
  • Damage caused after delivery by customer mishandling
  • The customer provided an incorrect shipping address

Return Shipping:
For damaged or defective items, you do not need to return the product. Simply provide photographic evidence, and we will process your replacement or refund immediately.

Physical posters cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or have manufacturing defects.

Processing Time:

Replacements: We will ship a new item within 2-7 business days after approval

Refunds: Processed within 5-7 business days after approval; may take an additional 5-14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider
