DIGITAL PRODUCTS Digital downloads are delivered instantly upon purchase completion. You will receive:

  • Immediate download link via email
  • Access to download files from your account dashboard
  • High-resolution files ready for printing

No shipping fees apply to digital products.


PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (Posters & Framed Art)

LIUMER partners with Gelato, a global print-on-demand network, to produce and ship your physical posters. This allows us to:

  • Print locally near your location for faster delivery
  • Reduce environmental impact through local production
  • Maintain the highest quality standards

Global Local Production We produce locally in 33 countries. Thanks to our local production partners in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Germany (EU), your order is produced domestically, avoiding customs delays and long shipping times.

TOTAL DELIVERY TIME (Production + Shipping) The timeframes below represent the total time from order to delivery (including production):

  • USA & Canada: 5 - 10 business days
  • United Kingdom: 5 - 10 business days
  • Europe (Germany, France, etc.): 5 - 12 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 5 - 12 business days
  • Rest of the World: 10 - 24 business days

Note: Framed posters may require 1-2 extra days for production due to the assembly process.

SHIPPING COSTS Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and product size.

  • We offer optimized shipping rates thanks to local production.
  • Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number via email.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & CUSTOMS

Since we produce locally in the USA, EU, UK, Canada, and Australia, orders within these regions are NOT subject to customs duties. For orders shipped to other countries (Rest of the World), customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Shipments:
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@liumer.art and we will investigate with our shipping partner.

Address Changes:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We cannot change addresses after production has begun. If you need to update your address, contact us immediately.
